Location Tracking

I started taking notes then dropped off, but here is what I had:

 

  • UBlip device
  • SPOT -- adding FireEagle support
  • iPhone background running apps? check new version of SDK
  • how do you use the location tracking data in a real world setting? how do you use it in a way that is useful to the main stream world?
  • big numbers of devices are going to be location-aware in the future, navigation and friend finding are to be the top two apps
